My name is Martyn Davis and I have held various voluntary leadership roles during my life. My experience includes being a patrol leader in the scout movement, the secretary and a director of a semi-pro football club, and currently national training lead and regional chairman of the Badminton Umpires Association of England for the Midlands. It was my current roles that got me seriously interested in leadership and what it was about.
